Dear customer, Unfortunately, all articles made of metallised fabric KF-3/Z that were delivered within the last 12 months must be called back – clothes, head protection, gloves.

At the end of October, during quality inspections that we commissioned, quality deficiencies of the fabric KF-3/Z were detected. The performance levels D2 and E3 according to DIN EN 531 cannot be guaranteed. A general protection of 100% cannot be assured.

As unfortunate as it is, we ask you to withdraw the corresponding articles and to send them back to us. Naturally, we will replace every single article that is concerned. Maybe it will take some days, but the articles will be delivered in the promised quality.

If your articles are concerned can be easily identified by the sewn in label where you can find the date of production and by the enclosed article list. All articles that were produced before and during October 2009 are conform to our quality standards. Fraught with risk are all articles with a production date from November 2009 (11/09) until today.

All we can do now is to apologise and to hope for your understanding. We will do our utmost to patch things up and to convince you again of our capability and performance.
