Dear Sirs, We are pleased to inform you about the appointment of our new Managing Director Mr. Hans-Ulrich Kaspar.

Mr. Kaspar begins his occupation for Tempex GmbH at Heidenheim as of today December 1st, 2010. He has a degree in textile engineering and was responsible for managing companies of comparable sizes. Apart from his knowledge in many textile manufacturing processes, he has wide experiences in the world-wide sales and marketing. With Mr. Kaspar we have found a trustful personality who will follow the given targets in an effective and pragmatic way. We warmly welcome him and wish fruition and success in his new position.
