Every day, the actions of each and every one of us shape the identity of our company: For instance, in customer consultations, in the workshop or in the laboratory, in discussions and also in the way we supply our protective systems to our customers.
In spite of all our different origins and personalities, our employees thus have one thing in common: they give their all when completing each task and want to grow as a person and develop their skills. They are willing and capable of taking responsibility, as well as thinking and acting independently – not to the detriment of others, but together with others. This includes the realisation of the extent to which our individual actions define the well-being of the entire company. And of course a feel for when we should consult our colleagues on certain questions and decisions. On this note, we don’t believe in brilliant lone wolves, but in the ability of the team to perform – a team in which high performance is the result of the skills and endeavours of various personalities.
